I am currently in the process of looking for an optician in the Orlando Florida area. Minimum of two years experience/licensed. I really want a dedicated motiviated person and have considered bonusing the optician based on the net revenue of the optical.
My question is what types of compensation packages have people expereinced when setting up sales goals/incentives for optcians?
Is it based on a percent of net revenue? If so what percentage?
