I have an extention on my phone where it says "this extention is no longer in service",because it's in a area where it's not seen on a daily basis. 1-800-contact leaves messages on it. I have called them several times telling them that they can't leave a message on that extention cause it's unattented. I asked that they fax all request to our office and not to phone them. Half the time they are speaking to fast or they have accents which we can't understand. It is to time consuming to set and listen to this when we have a office full of patients. They informed me they could do what they want that the law doesn't regulate them; and they faxed me a copy of the contact laws. Is'nt that special, Bless there heart. What can I do. I remember Diane Drake had something about this a while ago ,,I searched:angry: and can't find it, Help!!!!:hammer:
