Applications in Industry

Hello all,

Well I'm now in my second year at college studying Biomedical Engineering at the University of Limerick. During the past week in college we touched on the topic of the applications of Biomdeical Engineering in the Optical Industry, particularly in relation to lasik technology.

As it is a topic we will not really study in detail until years 3 and 4, I am interested in learning more, from links to websites to people with actual experience in the field...
