Angry Is it wrong to block calls from mail order CL companies?

I can't stand the automated calls I receive from those mail order contact lenses companies. The prompts are endless and it seems they send the lenses regardless of our response. I'm more comfortable speaking to a real person or even receiving a fax.

We always get these calls before office hours, the answering machine only gets the bare tip of the message, so I guess our problem is solved.

If you block these calls; you have given automatic approval to fill the RX. You neeed to respond with in a certain # of hours. Most of our calls come in during the day on the East Coast. They are forwarded to a designated voice mail box which responds within 1 hour. This has worked great for us and allows us to relisten since many are so quick when it comes to the name/address; etc.
