    I've created the Excel document (which I've used in actual practice with good results). I'm currently developing a Powerpoint that goes over the tool. Once these are done, I'll figure out a way to post both to OptiBoard if anyone would like them.

    Frame Board Management was a beneficial thing for me, because it helped me avoid confrontation with frame reps. Basically, my stats dicatated to me how many frames I should have from each company and in total. Armed with statistical information, I had no trouble at all informing a frame rep that I was cutting- or eliminating- their space. Without solid info, however, I was much more susceptible to overstocking.

    I am waiting for it with bated breath. I would imagine, however, that it would also help to have barcode scanning capability (so you can scan items in and out of the spreadsheet). I have also been advised, as a good rule of thumb, that the scanning of arriving frames into the system and the scanning of sold frames out of the system could be done by a third party ie: office manager or another employee.

    That Excel spreadsheet program would be great to see! Can't wait! I've been working on Excel with my lab records and accounting and would love to see what you've done with it out in the dispensary.
