Need help for GERBER COBURN SGX generator

Hi all. My customer just ask me for buying the 3 and 11 flute cutter blade.
I would like to ask whether someone have the photo of the cutter blade or the specification of the cutter blade so that I can find it correctly in China.

    Thank you.:)

How far off are the scripts? Cutter may not be the issue. I had this problem several years ago, where my lab tech ended up going into a menu setting by accident when trying to do morning calibration, and he accidentally ended up changing all the cutter settings.
