Maintenance Logs for In House Finishing Labs

Does any one have a form that they use for in House Finishing labs? Does any one have one they use for National Optronics 6ES for daily checks and balances?

Greatly appreciate any insight you have. Maybe we can develop a series that can be downloaded. Also an other ideas would be standard blood borne pathogens, OSHA, MSDS...etc.

    Maintenence checks

Every piec of equipment is different. I always check edger size using a standard sizing pattern...36.5mm round I verify edger axis by scribing a 180 line on a lens and then cut it 2x once pattern right side up once upside down using a Rayban Aviator shape. If the point on the lens corresponds with the 180 line the machine is on axis works on all patterned edgers

Or cut a diamond-shaped pattern once.

I have placed one together using several wholesale labs and reviewing the manual. I will post.
