    Rx sunwear advice

I have a patient who would like a pair of RX serengeti, however his RX in
the left eye is out of range ( -5.50 cyl),any thoughts on a good lens with similiar
filtering properties to the serengeti.my client prefers glass lenses: I had thought
Zeiss might do something but i dont have an up to date lens guide.
    Any suggestions gratefully received.

    Autumn Gold

    http://www.x-celoptical.com/Autum%20Gold.htm

The Autumn Gold™ tint will not peel or scratch because it is not a coating. The scratch resistant photochromic glass is a borosilicate composition containing light sensitive, fatigue-proof silver halide micro crystals. The lenses may be anti-reflection or color coated, although the photochromic performance of the lens will diminish by about 6%. They should be tempered, tested and processed like Corning's Photobrown ExtraÒ lenses.
