I'm looking for a compound prism charts to determin the axis when a prism is prescribed like 2up & 1 out. I have seen a chart like this many years ago in the old B&L job coach. If anyone has a digital copy or can fax a paper copy I would be in debt to them, John Z. fax 866-341-9022
