Luxottica will acquire Hugo Boss?

Hi,

My name is Bushra Munir and I am from Pakistan. My Husband has been in the optical business for four years and is the distributor for Charmant (boss, exprit, elle) in pakistan.

Now he has heard the news that Luxottica is going to take over Hugo boss liscence from Charmant. Is that true?

I work for Luxottica, and just returned from Vision Expo.
There was no mention of aquiring additional lines at this meeting.
In my opinion HB would not fit in very well in our current rep setup our with our other collections. Having just said that, with a new president who I met and was very impressed with him and the changes he is planning for the future, everything could change rapidly if they want decide they want to restructure.

There are lots of rumors out there right now and most of them have no rhyme or reason. Just rumors.
