Harry, you can solve the size issue by using a papercutter, which you will also be able to use to cut photo's if you print multiples to a page.I got mine at Staples for about 25 bucks-works great.

I get mine from the printing shop locally. I order 3 1/4" x 3/4" in card stock, I think a 2 -3 years supply cost around $25. Terry

I see this was last discussed back in 2004. Does anyone know of a supplier for paper tray tags? I can't find them anywhere! I hate the reusable ones! I would appreciate any assistance!

Since the original post I have gone to writing directly on the tray with a grease pencil. One swipe with a tissue or towel with a touch of lighter fluid and it's as clean as a whistle.

I use a plastic tag with wet erase marker. Just rinse under water and it's clean. Set on towel to dry. Works fine. When I'm busy I just toss in sick for later. Some days I can have quite a stack in there!

I write directly on the tray with a wet erase marker, when done, spray with a bit of water and wipe clean.
