Some advice...and rcs for San Francisco optician?

Hi...

I just got some frames and need some advice for lenses...am very confused! I have -4.50 or so and 1.00 astigmatism (I think those numbers are right!). I would like suggestions on the best value for:

1) Hi-index
2) Transitions
3) AR Coat

Is it possible to get a good lens that is a combo of the above three?

Also, can anyone recommend a good optician in San Francisco?

Final question, how much are these lenses you recommend going to cost me?
