The whole fraternity of the Lions Clubs of MD 411 celebrates this unique day on which H. E. Jimmy Carter, Former President of the United States of America, was born.
H. E. Jimmy Carter also the President of 'The Carter Center' is dedicated to serve the less fortunate of our society.
The Carter Center is vital partner in African countries on the fight against preventable and curable blindness particularly on Trachoma Projects.
On this auspicious occasion, the whole fraternity of the Lions of MD 411 pledge to organize eye camps for cataract and trichiasis surgeries.
Also worth to mention that H.E. had been awarded the Peace Noble Price Award.
On behalf of all the Lions Clubs of Dar-Es-Salaam, we would like to express our best and heartfelt wishes to H. E. Jimmy Carter. May God Bless him even more with lots of years, wisdom and peace of mind.
