Never, never under any conditions tell a child (or an adult within hearing distance of a child) that a frame is indestructable. You'll be lucky if it is two weeks before you eat the frame.

Good point!Thanks for the advise, maybe I should rephrase the question though. I was just wondering what frames (if any) hold up a better than others.
plastics would be your best bet
For a kid there is nothing as best or hold up more than others.................
You tell that to the parents as well as that if they don't educate their kids in proper treatment of their glasses, they will soon have to pay for an other frame and or replace scratched lenses.
Supply them a hard case that can be a good protection when things for kid turn rough.
