Can someone clarify this for me. I have heard from 2 previous employee's as well as an outsider that Signature has been having some financial difficulties and was not paying their employees and may go out of business. Does anyone know more about this? I was thinking of using some of their product, but I don't want to if they are in financial distress. Also, has anyone heard of someone buying them out?
My rep won't admit to anything...I have asked him several times. He says they are just re-vamping. I know they have bottomed out in the stock market. Guess we will have to wait and see.
Rep denies this. But I have heard this a few months ago. Signature has had some unforgivable back orders.
It seems that many companies think that some other "way of making it up to you". Matters on patient back orders. When someone is going without the ability to see, only that order matters.

According to a friend of mine that knows Bernie Weiss (CEO Signature) one of the company's major problems was their accounting and order software (Oracle) which has been recently corrected. Their has been two offers made for Signature.

Well since we are trading rumors: One sales rep. told me Luxottica is having a terrible time keeping rep's. I know for a fact that with in the last 3 months we have lost 3 Luxottica rep's Or maybe they left for greener pastures or retired.
