Okay Geeks and Geekettes, I have a problem. I just switched to Earthlink as my new ISP and it is blocking the animations on the optiboard. The smilies aren't moving and my palm tree is no longer waving in the breeze. I figure it is earthlink's firewall since I have changed nothing on my Norton.
HELP! I must have animation!

Does Earthlink require you to use a different browser? I believe most browsers have settings to turn animatioons off and on. Check your browser settings.

I'm pretty sure the "EarthLink Browser" is a skin for Internet Explorer. It's not really a stand alone browser at all. I would try using earthlink with a straight forward version of IE.......no skins.:)
Actually, it was my cookie setting that did it. Medium blocks all cookies and stops the animations. I changed my settings and all seems fine now. Thanks, Steve and Sean!
