There’s no supposedly about it. Night myopia is actually part of a family of observed “myopias:”
1. Night Myopia - Generally thought tied to the spherical aberration of the inherent cornea seen...
Try Shaw SV lens
THE most important thing to remember about these 2 formulae is that they described what is happening to the principle planes in relationship to the corrective lenses. I believe this is not widely...
knowledge of tolerance does not equal knowledge of 20/Happy
Chromapop has a steep notch filter around 570nm, making the differences between red and green more exaggerated/saturated.

Bingo!
Best way to start? Take on any and all repairs—no matter if they bought them from you or not.

Absolutely awful!

Monied interests inherently lack the passion of the original founder/owners.
Slowly, only the money and bottom line will count.
And a rationale to justify the changes will smack of the same you see...
When a camera is used (and attach to the eyepiece) with an astronomical telescope this way, it is called afocal projection, because you are viewing a collimated beam (rendered parallel by the...

i luv your videos.
But this one on PDs is riddled with your personal comments that are way off base.
take a look at this article Inwrote and see if you still feel the same way about your...
In every case I have seen, staff immediately becomes an expense rather than an asset.

Ok, here’s the science behind the statements and observations I’ve made:
1. Axial chromatism is real in the human eye. The optical system of the eye consists of nearly homogenous refracting...
The most surprising insight was something I feel I should’ve known beforehand:
Hyperopic presby Rxs are far more impacted by the off axis effects of low abbe than myopic Rxs.
You can always see if low abbe/color error is an acuity degrading factor.
You can also compare corridor effects
and you can see firsthand if tilt of wrap helps.

Yes, cylinders were ground on the front because..
Empirical wisdom—before Zeiss pioneered mathematical calculations in lens design—had found that keeping the back curve of a lens near -6.00...
By PD do you mean prism…or just PD?
Trying on the glasses will almost always let you see the differences. Try it!

When I receive such a complaint (and suspect a color error is the issue), the first thing I do is wear the glasses to verify the color complaint.
And re: binoculars and color error, it is the...
i dispute the apparent resonance that matching the abbe of a lens to that of the eye will bring.
Someone please explain.
Oh boy. And if you believe this, I have a bridge….
I think the first question to be answered is what is the wearer’s type of ametropia?
The amount of Refraction at an interface depends on two things:
1. The obliquity of incidence
2. The difference in the indexes on each side of the interface
Therefore flat ploy is the worst.
