It is available as the SmartLife Plus now.
The EZFit will recoup the investment in no time, esp the NBL version. Much more robust and cleaner finish than the Q. We use both, and each have its merits and downsides.

We have one, the NBL version and love it. It takes several steps out of the daily routine. We mostly use it for drills, AR, and step bevels.
Consumables can be pricey, but by the time we...
True and not true.
ANSI is certainly in effect, but there are differences in lens quality.
Some labs use seconds to save money. Sure, the finished product may meet ANSI, but is that lens truly...
To build on Lensman11, one needs to calculate the true power at the 180 and the 90 to properly apply Prentices' Rule.
Frame sizing is dependent not just on the eye size, but the DBL, as well. Also, take into consideration the total width of the frame. a 53/22 will fit almost as well as a 60/15. Dita and Laibach...
WP does a nice job with their displays.
As for stocking lower priced frames, you really need to take a long, hard, logical look at your business model. Are you a boutique offering high end? ...

SV. At this VD, why bother w/PALS?
Agreed. But with today’s “fast-food optician”, unlike us battle hardened “old-timers”, this is a luxury that most opticals wont invest in.
The LEXCE 8 also has this feature. Ours is a production model. No tracer, no blocker. Makes life a bit easier.
However, I prefer the old fashioned, trace the shape, lens to the handstone...
Sorry buddy. Crazy times.
We are on a replacement Padlock. We had some issues with the first build. This new build is doing the trick. It does run through Argon, though. Slippage has reduced,...
What Chris said. More important. Change the blade frequently. 500 cuts per carbide, or 10000 per diamond is based on CR39. Throw Poly and TVX into the mix, and the lifespan will be cut by 15-20%....
Feed me the mono DPD and NPD, and I can feed that into my LMS to change the inset for each eye. It can be done.
:giggle:
There are 4 modalities. Not quite accurate until we know which modality.
Take a look at QTMI.net. 12 frames per cycle.
Which modality?
I think you are on to something. Post Cat issue or worse, digitalis poisoning.
