yes I have had that issue and I stopped using zeiss after that starting being the way they did things. Its a shame and an incredibly strange decision.
They definitely were raising reimbursements (though they called it a "savings" it was extra money added to the check. And that extra money was doubled if you bought enough of their mar**** frames...
