If you observe deficient temple bending skill, I suggest selling Oakleys

On the face of it, this can Appear to be little different from the uber REVO lenses that featured a 25 layer, stacked dielectric filter that operated as a circular off axis gradient filter.

I might replace accurate with appropriate. Then I woukd agree.

I have only one question:
“What is the accepted power tolerance when filling Rxs in 1/8th diopters?”
(I thought so.)
B
“I'm planning to set them to 4mm above the geocenter...”

Optimized FF with a PRP 4mm below the fitting point is your best target. Add cosmetic thinning prism up to a point.
Question why you feel you need 1.74

Q: What would define the OC height? The actual OC or the value at the PRP?
Oh gosh yes!

GI just dispensed a set of Grass Green progressives last month.
Check again.

WOW! Now there’s a loaded and obfucacious term.
If anyone can, with confidence, ascertain this by looking at a typical Rx, more power to you.
B
This was NOT done with FF considering this Rx and wrap angle?
Oh boy.
B
You’re missing the papers that proves it.

Basic implant good for most.
A very abused area.

If the price is lowered enough, there are no expectations to manage.
B
Nope
Tolerance is tolerance
When I’m faced with a real VD/power compensation in Rxs say, > -11.00D, and a fitted VD out if the norm—say 8-9mm measured with a VD caliper and no known refractive VD—I will order some cheap 1.74...
Tip: using water or saliva, ”stick” the hat washers in place on each side of the inner hinge.
Then hold the hinge VERTICAL WHILE inserting into outer hinge.
B
VD is not just about power compensation. Along with the actual lens tracing, Top flights progressives can really globally optimize the entire lens surface, especially in progressives.
B
No problem. We’re opticians, so we adjust them. Yes, first one might be free—depends on what’s involved.
You wouldn’t turn away an eye emergency that walked in off the street—even if they told you...
Depends on topography of cornea, profile of lens and pupil size
B
I’d bet my license this occurs because of differences in pupil sampling.
