over refraction..... if -1.00 is rx but not quite a good 20/20 we are allowed to confirm better va with +.25 or - .25 or -.50 or +.50 this takes into consideration tears, material fit etc

thats just it patient has tried everything out there and now wants these patient has worn ciba (wj) cooper etc..... now they found the blue they like !!!!!!

normally i would put on the lens, assess fit, checkups followups etc but if you knew this patient like I said above you would be concerned about a tight fit

if this patient would actually give her...

patients has always worn flat lenses but now wants opaques !!!! and av2 opaques only come in 8.3. this is why i'm not fussy on fit
