We are a company in Wisconsin that does not take VSP insurance at this point and have been approached about joining again. I say again, because we where part of there plan about 7 years ago and then...
Does anyone know if the AOA, Para, ABO has made any stances on this. Can't we get someone to be the leader on this.
Can't we be Dentist- United we win- divided we fail.
FYI- In Wisconsin the PD is not required as part of the exam or prescription. So you do not need to provide it as part of their records. If the Doctors comes out and takes it and puts it in the...

You are 100% correct
We use California Accessory- Good prices and good quailty.
We get our trays at Pier 1 Imports.
The future will be no progressives- They will use implants and there will be no need for progressives lenses except for defects that can not be addressed by surgery. Lasik will be an enhansement....
We currently are dispensing 32% of our progressive as freeform or what we call custom- since the RX and design is compentated based on the frame and measurements we give.
The results are amazing...
Someone needs to invent a inexpensive light box with a grid that could be used to show off the differences in this lenses to our patients. Or something of the sorts.
Here is what I was told from Zeiss.
The Individual is actually called the Zeiss Individual II- The old Individual is gone. The design and lab process is different. The Gradual is also only to be...
I agree but, I think we both know the way our industry thinks. We will keep selling the big SVU's because thay make more money. I price them low enough that the optician's can sell them as more of a...
I going to guess that times are pretty tough where you are. Things will get better and you have to be ready for it.
