I like that they did try to steer people away from online orders for specs, and that they are telling people to be educated about their coverage. On the negative side... exams every 10 years!!!

It might also be good to CYA by documenting things that you address with her, and having her sign off on them. That way when she claims it's a lack of training you have something to back yourself up....
