I have to call customer service and they pull a number out that isn't even presented to the patient that pulls up their main allowance plan that gives the full benefits for the vision care...
Most Eyemed plans are allowance plans and the Aetna Vision Discount is the Multiple pair discount plan.

Either or, they have an allowance plan, but when I put in their member ID I get the Aetna Vision Discount Plan.
