Our rep doesn't come around too much since we've slowed down considerably in using their labs. As long as Dallas doesn't go anywhere, I wouldn't be too concerned, but hopefully someone will recognize that their lack of quality service needs to be addressed if they want to thrive in North America.

Not so much a loss as an indication of the way the company's run. Who builds a lab, gets accounts signed up to it, then shuts it down and cans everyone and makes everyone switch back to what they were doing two years ago?
