Help me with glasses. High myopia, astigmatism and etc.

Hi. I have very big problems with eyes, from childhood, - high myopia, astigmatism and other problems. My old recipe is:
R -7,25 -3,5 -10°
L -9,0 -1,0 -10°

Help me. What lenses I have to buy? I wanna maximum, - best brands, maximum thikness, all possible coatings, less or no distortions...
Also what eyeglass type, brands I should buy? It's better taller, or lower, wider, or narower? Other factors?
Maybe it's worth to do lasik or other operation? Natural ways to improve eyesight? Food, exercises, vitamins, etc.?
