Does anyone know if the regulation preventing Optometrists from charging a mark up been modified recently?
It has been modified in the new legislation but not yet officially released. It's been happening for quite awhile now by many. I think the OD's should be able to compete effectively apples to apples. It's how consumers differentiate the value proposition. Profit is not a dirty word!Quote:
