This would not be a "standard" off the shelf ophthalmic product as there is no applications for such a lens. It is however a precision optical off the shelf produce in glass. Check Edmonds or any other sullpy house.
If you really need it in CR-39 you might be able to pick up some sheet CR-39 . Of course your friendly local ophthalmic surfacing lab should be happy to crank one out for you.
The sheet CR-39 I found was 21" x 31" and cost $1452. I'll have the lab crank out some for me.
1/8th inch plexiglass from lowes AKA 3mm CT plano bc poly. If CR39 is not a must.
This would not be a user friendly product to manufacture.
It shouldn't be a problem because the lenses will be going into a perfectly round frame.Quote:
