Surgical counselor/Surgical Coordinator: As a member of the team, your opportunity will include telephone screening and one-on-one counseling to prospective patients inquiring about refractive surgical procedures such as LASIK surgery, and cataract surgery with premium lens options.

Additionally, this position is responsible for assessing patient needs, financial counseling, lead tracking, reporting, and follow ups with the patient and family.

The ideal candidate will present themselves professionally, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be proficient in EMR and have a proven track record of excellent customer service. Sales background beneficial.
Ophthalmology/lasik and premium IOL familiarity is preferred. We also welcome those with plastics, dermatology, and other premium services to interview.
