Just glazed lenses for an old old old plastic frame (yes, I warned about the risks beforehand) and it survived but now has really obvious stress cracks on it... I am not going to add acetate with acetone as I don't want to remove the strong lenses that are already mounted and I don't know if the frame is really acetate. Is there some adhesive that can be applied to the eyewire as a preventive measure to secure the frame?
