Is it me or is eyefinity not finding any frame I'm putting in to bill?
Nope. Not working for me either.
It's finding the frame info for me, but coming up as every frame is covered regardless of frame allowance/WFA.
That's been going on for a while and I suspect is working well for VSP as many of us do not read codes on service report printouts for correct lens charges let alone track frame price changes that create upcharges for frames bought 6 months ago.
And there's a reason why a couple of years ago they stopped letting us view the Savings Statement before submitting and it's not because they needed to pay us more money.
This thread is about searching for a frame that should come up to autofill when placing the order. I suspect an update with Frames Data.
Frame info is displaying correctly again for me also, but the frame showing covered even when it is not has been going on for months. As Fester has mentioned before, you can manually change that on the patient's Savings Statement so at least it is correct on there.
Whenever that happens, I manually enter the info. I will look up the info on FramesData if need be (to get the precise B and ED measurements, and current wholesale cost, etc) and enter it in to Eyefinity. Since the "update" the VSP site is very crash-prone. I have to refresh several times just to get the pages to load. It's infuriating when you have other things that need done.
