Ophthalmology front office supervisor

As our newest hire, our day to day duties will be –

Mentor – mentoring our staff to be their best, scheduling training, and teaching skills to our staff
Managing – the experience for the patients. Let them see only the best of us, and our practice
Engage-. Acts as liaison between front office staff and all other departments.
Business – revenue cycle management, billing/insurance

Medical/billing certification through JCAHPO, AHIMA (CCS-P) or AAPC (CPC) preferred
