My Vision Express
Is anyone else using this system? My company just went live with it and it is far more complicated than the previous system, and by that I mean there are quite a few more steps to take and boxes to check before you can complete a transaction. Obviously there is a learning curve with any new way of operating but I was curious if any of y'all had any tips or workarounds to make it quicker for the patient? Thank you!

We have been using for 10 years and the key is to use the customize features; it is extra but worth every penny.
Most folks don't take the time to go thru it but it is rather easy once you lay it out for your situation.
