Please highlight your experience in a wholesale optical laboratory, exceptional customer service skills, knowledge of surfacing equipment including Satis Loh and our Schneider digital free form generators.
preferred experience includes:
- Customer-focused attitude and hands-on approach to the work.
- Thorough knowledge of successful optical machinery maintenance and repair.
- A history of successful optical lab management.
- Ability to travel
- Excellent problem-solving / judgment skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Set and monitor achievement of assigned labs’ production goals
- Conduct routine lab “check-ups” at all assigned stores
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion regarding management decisions and directives, and general employment information.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
