What's the difference between polish edging and roll & polish lenses??

Can anyone guide me by what is the difference between this two lenses eh?? Roll & polish? Polish edging?? I'm sorta confuse of picking between this two options. Can someone please be kind to guide me by it eh?? Thanks much. Blessings. - Winny
