Davis Vision Frames and Practice Management Software

Davis Vision sufferers: What do you all do as far as your frames database?

My practice is switching from OfficeMate to Eyefinity Practice Management, and while EPM is wonderful for pulling information for any imaginable frame is concerned, I'd like to avoid having to enter every single Davis frame into the system if I can avoid it.

With OM, I just had three frames entered: "Davis Frame - yellow," "Davis Frame - red," and "Davis Frame - blue," and I just overwrote the frame's actual name and information in each individual order. I don't think EPM will allow me to do that. Thoughts?

Update: I had to enter every single Davis frame manually. It sucked.

I just add them as they are sold. Since it's not my inventory, I build the Davis inventory on a "as needed basis". Information is entered and quantity is always 0. When the order is entered in my system, I always enter frame as ordered. Never messes with my actual inventory.
