Mobile Opticians

I've been wanting to get some feedback for those that are still practicing opticians as a mobile service business.

Is the desire for this service there? To survive i can only imagine offering this as a high end product/service. Mainly selling the convenience of home visits or at work.

I've read the forums in regards to this topic but they all seem to be a bit dated. In a world with online giants, there is something about practitioners and fitting/troubleshooting that i believe cannot be replaced by online solutions.

If there are any currently active mobile opticians on the board I'd like to have a chat if you have the time as I'm interested in this side of the business.
