A private practice is expanding and is looking for a Pediatric Optometrist. The optometrist would have a say in what equipment the practice purchases, as well as, automatically be given 25% ownership.
Highlights of opportunity are:

• Patient base ranges from 1 – 21 years old including some older adults.
• Mon-Fri 8:30 – 5:00
• 15-20 patients a day
• EHR -Revolution
• Tech does medical history and pre-screen
• Open to Vision Therapy – not required
• Equipment is negotiable
• $100K - $140K guaranteed salary
• 25% ownership

Preferred: O.D. licensed to practice in CO
