I just started at a new practice and took over insurance reconciliations from our lead optician while she's on maternity leave. Problem is, I have no idea whatsoever where she is printing the reconciliation report, and all she told me or our office manager was that she gets it "from EPM."
Does anyone know where she might be printing this report from??? I really need to get cracking on this.
