Is a Rodenstock allowed? Haven't worked with it for some time but when I did it was an amazing lens for "wow" effects.
IOT Camber Steady Plus. I have a low add, but these lenses seriously felt like SV lenses when I first put them on. Zero adaption time.
Seiko Surmount possibly. But this really is not a question with one answer, andmore than there being a single shoe to fit every foot.

One of the finer points of opticianry is lens design. You don't start with nuance...that takes time.
Lenses like...say...Autograph take the thinking away from the noob-tician. Just order a higher-level of lens, make the corridor variable, and let the software do the thinking for you.
Is it ideal? Nope. Is it the future? Possibly/probably.

FWIW my non adapt/remake rate is < 1%. Surely I'm going to jinx myself, but I honestly can not remember my last "non-adapt".
I believe Robert Martellaro notes that Myopes like shorter corridors Hyperopes longer from previous generalized corridor length discussions we've had, so I find a 15mm fixed hits a one lens sweet spot.Quote:
