VEE - outside of Expo exploration

I'm off to VEE Thursday morning and I know my time will be spent majorly at the expo.
I have two places in mind I want to hit up while I'm back in NYC, but I am looking for suggestions on restaurants, bars (it will be St Patty's day on Saturday!), or other out of the way places to visit if I can while I'm there.
I have visited NYC a few times before and have been to:
the WTC memorial,
Empire State building--but not at night
the UN building
NBC studio tour
Radio City Music Hall
skated in ice rink at Rockerfeller plaza
Been in the studio for GMA and Today show
Central park
Central Park Zoo

So much to do, so little time. What should be something that is out of the norm/non tourist familiar should I attempt to see or do while there?
