I was just wondering what is the average time you have waited to hear back from Coburn on a down machine issue?
My experience back 10-15 years ago was Coburn having an excellent response time. Normally it would be 2-4 hours based on if you mentioned lab was down. (Similar response if you were to walk into ER saying you were having a heart attack)
I'm guessing response time is not what it was based on your question. They have remote techs who prioritize calls and sort based on said techs experience with machine. Responses may be as long as next business day.
