Our optical department is full of awesome eyewear including Kate Spade, Silhouette, Jimmy Choo, l.a.eyeworks and more. Great customer service is our priority and yours!
The essentials functions of the job include:
- Assist and educating patients with frame and lens options in relation to lifestyle needs, repairs and adjustments.
- Assists with frame board management, tracking incoming orders, and in the finish lab
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience as an eyewear dispenser
- EMR experience a plus, but not required
- Strong ability to multi-task with high degree of accuracy, attention to detail a must.
- Excellent customer service.
This positions salary is based upon experience and production. We offer pay time off, education expenses, payments for health insurance, and retirement plans and team bonuses. The office hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No evening or weekend hours.
