Who is over the insurance company? Not being paid correctly.

Hello, one of our bigger insurance providers frequently is not paying us according to the contract we signed. It will take a huge effort to even find all of the claims that are in question. What organization watches over insurance companies to make sure that they are operating honestly?

I suppose that you can contact the State Insurance Commission. Lotsa luck with that one but it will not cost you anything. You can also sue the bastaads. Lots luck with that one too. It will cost you a pant load of money and you will lose the case.

Did you ever consider not doing business with them? If not, accept the crumbs that they send you and "keepa you mouth shut."

Ditto what RBaker said. I had a problem with an insurance co and contacted my ( Ohio ) ins commission. Problem was solved fast !
