Carl Zeiss Vision announces Steve Mitrakos as SVP of US Sales Organization

San Diego (June 12, 2013) – Carl Zeiss Vision has announced that Steve Mitrakos has been promoted to the position of Senior Vice President, Sales, with responsibility for the company’s sales in all channels of distribution.
A graduate of Fordham University and The Anderson School of Management at UCLA, Mitrakos joined Carl Zeiss Vision in 2002. He previously held several senior positions within the US business including V.P. Marketing, V.P. Customer Marketing and most recently V.P. Sales for Retail and Managed Care. He will continue to have overall responsibility for the Retail Channel, and will now have responsibility for the Independent Channel.
