Job Description

Cary Family Eye Care (www.CaryFamilyEyeCare.com), established in 2008 and located in the beautiful triangle area of NC, desires an experienced eyewear consultant/optician. We are a local optometry office that offers a cozy, family environment for your workday. Our private practice continues to grow year after year by focusing on customer service and patient care. We offer a variety of eye care services including eye examinations, contact lens fittings, myopia control, medical eye care, and a large optical dispensary. Our eye care team currently consists of Dr. Kelly Barnes, Dr. Dwight Barnes and ten team members. We serve patients of all ages.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Optical sales - frame and lens selection
Order processing and dispensing
Eyeglass repair and adjustments
Troubleshooting
Optical merchandising

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong customer service skills
Enthusiastic, efficient, and resourceful
Friendly and fashionable
Excellent communication and people skills
Proficient in the use of computers
Self-motivated, organized and attentive to detail
High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
