Reading over the different solutions e.g. unequal segment sizes, crown glass segments, Franklin split, slab off, all of them have disadvantages and seem to be rare. Is it actually common for any anisometropes to wear bifocals and if so what do you reckon is the best solution? Or would it purely depend on the patient?
