No work ticket from Innovations software

Running Innovations software on Windows 2000. Computer will send a test print to the printer so computer and printer are communicating. However, I can't get the Innovations software to print a work ticket. Clicking printer setup through the software lists the correct printer. Everything in the properties box seems OK. Any thoughts?

Make sure file processor is running within innovations. Look for icon with same name.

Could not find that icon or file. There is an icon in the lower right side of the screen called work ticket printer.
