If you do not already receive the weekly Optometric Tip of the Week by Dr. Gailmard you should go to www.optometric.com and register for it. Click on "Management Tip of the Week" about half way down the page. You can search his past articles as well as register for his email.

Dr. Gailmard does an excellent job of breaking down the issues that every office faces. It is also a great weekly reminder that we have to take the time to work on our practices.
