recently adquiered tracer 4T but the screen start to blink and the needle it gets stuck doing a kind of sound annoying, that happen evertime i try to Turn it on, if you know something about this issue please reply with your email to send you a video.

did it come with a manual? there might be an explanation of the error code there. You can also try calling the manufacturer directly for support. I assume you bought this used from someone?

Most likely, you will need to replace the display and one or more EPROMs. 4Ts are notorious for shape errors, but easily corrected via firmware updates.
As for the grinding noise, the belt may be loose.
